Self-Worth requires actions at the edge of our comfort zone. We must prove to ourselves that we are valuable human beings. However, you cannot give self-worth to another human being. I am not responsible for anybody else’s self-worth.
You cannot get what you want until you describe what it is . What do you see yourself doing if there were no perceived obstacles in your way? Give yourself the freedom to explore your options and the answers you are seeking will appear.
Regarding “Charting Your Life’s Roadmap in an Uncertain World”. It is one of the best and most inspiring books that I have read in the past year. Nuala is a Life Coach and I had the pleasure of interviewing her some years ago for Shannonside/Northern Sound radio so I have a keen interest in her work.
As we approach another year end there can be much anxiety around assessing the goals we achieved or did not achieve (as the case may be) during the past year. Anxiety surrounding imminent job loss or fear of what might happen can cloud our vision and prevent us making positive plans towards our future.
The difference between somebody who reaches their goals and somebody who does not, is usually down to focus. The ability to stay focused on a goal rather than getting sidetracked is, perhaps, the greatest skill you can develop.
Now is that time of year that a good spring-clean will prove beneficial to not just your home, but also to yourself. A good spring clean, whatever time of the year, is healthy both mentally and physically.
As a Professional Life Coach and Author of “Charting Your Life’s Roadmap in an Uncertain World” – Choose Happiness Daily, my Life Coaching practice evolved from a passion for positivity in my own and other people’s lives.
