You can only breathe in the NOW. You can’t breathe in the past and you can’t breathe in the future. If only we could learn this truth! How much of our headspace is taken up by delving back into our past or going too far forward into the future?
Positive attitude comes with a smile. Optimists identify stresses and then take a problem-solving approach to deal with them. They tend to blame failure only on factors temporary to a specific instance. There are however, people who have a “learnt mindset” of negativity. Here are some tips how to bring joy into your daily life.
In our modern lives the future is less certain for most of us than ever before. The pace of change is increasing all the time and there is less certainty in our working lives. This can mean for many of us that our fear response is engaged lot of the time. However, we owe it to ourselves to tackle those fears as we encounter them in whatever way is most appropriate to our current situation.
Perhaps the most salient point about humans is that we have the precious gift of personality, of individuality in a way that goes beyond that of other animals, because we can think, plan, and create something that did not exist in nature before. But some people make more of themselves than others.
When you stop believing in yourself, you negatively impact absolutely everything that matters to you. Sometimes our beliefs are weighed down by a lot of stuff. But, the great news is that our beliefs are still there. It is a matter of removing the superflous stuff we’ve focused on for far too long. Your self-belief: it is here, still in you, as you know you can because you’ve done it before.

I’m quite sure that many of you reading this right now, know what it feels like to have lost that confidence, to have that low self-belief, to have that doubt in the pit of your stomach, to have that uncertainty.
